The property from the outside is nice and welcoming, it gives off this vibe of comfort right away. On entry, I got hooked by the room's looks until found out the sheets were dirty, not the best way to start but a staff member named Deanna came through with a bit of kindness when I needed help.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, you get what you pay for, I guess.

The room setup was excellent, featuring a surprising dishwasher that added convenience for our stay. However, we encountered issues with dirty sheets and a lack of towels for four people, which led to some frustrating interactions with staff. The gym was a decent size but was unfortunately closed during our visit. It was good to have a spacious room for our family, but better housekeeping and customer service could greatly enhance the experience.

We had a nice time at the hotel, especially enjoying the pool and laundry facilities that were super convenient. The cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, making our stay even more relaxing. The only downside was the cleaning service. they only tidy up if you pay extra, but overall, I’d recommend it for a laid-back getaway! 😊
